In 1982, Shri. Ajit Pejawar came in contact with P.P. Nikam Guruji. He was highly impressed by Guruji's honesty, sincerity, integrity, humanity, humbleness and simplicity in serving the suffering mankind. He got attracted towards Guruji's selfless work and requested Guruji to open a branch in Dahisar, Mumbai. With full consent and personal guidance of P.P.Nikam Guruji, Shri. Ajitbhai Pejawar took initiative to start a yoga sadhana class in Dahisar area. With the help of like-minded people the first branch of Shri Ambika Yoga Kutir was opened in Dahisar, western suburbs on the auspicious day of Gudi Padava. The branch was inaugurated by Late Justice Samant. This was the first branch opened by P.P. Nikam Guruji to spread the true message of swasthya yoga. The first branch of Dahisar was the inspiration for others to open the branches. Thereafter several branches were opened in India and abroad.

Under the guidance and blessings of P.P. Nikam Guruji a charitable trust with the name of "Shri Ambika Yoga Nisargopachar Kendra" was formed and registered in 1992 in Rothe Village, Kelve Road (W), Tal. & Dist.Palghar. This centre is now known as "Shri Ambika Yoga Seva Kendra" with the blessings of P.P. Nikam Guruji.
